This is merely the latest in a spree of acquisitions for Business Objects, and follows last week’s launch of Business Object XI which features a new structured command system. Infommersion develops information visualization and presentation software to allow businesses to access, analyse, and share their data. "We believe the acquisition of Infommersion will allow us to bring visual innovation to business users in ways never seen before," said John Schwarz, chief executive of Business Objects.
