high yield investments

I read this article recently and was, of course, intrigued with the idea of making 25% returns, but is that realistic? simple logic tells me that if there is a way to consistently make 25% on your money without risking the farm, then everyone would do it. I know that the stock market doesn't make this kind of money, so how are they doing it? What is "sector rotation"?

If I could make 25% a year, I could retire early -very early!

Here's a copy of the article.

Change Wave Research Presents: "The 25% Cash Machine--Strategic High Income Investing"
Baby boomers and retirees can now enjoy a better quality of life by choosing securities that create higher monthly income and steady capital appreciation. Bryan Perry, analyst for ChangeWave Research and editor of ChangeWave Strategic High Income Investor, introduces a methodical approach to provide growth and income investors with increased returns with less volatility than common stocks.

Rockville, MD (PRWEB) October 25, 2005 -- Baby boomers and retirees can now enjoy a better quality of life by choosing securities that create higher monthly income and steady capital appreciation. The 25% Cash Machine: Strategic High Income Investing, written by Bryan Perry, analyst for ChangeWave Research and editor of ChangeWave Strategic High Income Investor, introduces a methodical approach to provide growth and income investors with increased returns with less volatility than common stocks.

"After 20 years of trying just about every approach to enhance the value of long-term portfolios, I've found a strategy that consistently beats the market's historical returns year after year," says Bryan Perry, who is also co-founder of Alexander Perry Corporation, a money management firm. "These high-yield securities not only pay a whopping yield, but they also exhibit less volatility than blue chip stocks."

Strategic high-income investing is made simple by owning and managing a basket of about 15-20 high-yield securities and rotating among the strongest sectors of the economy. In The 25% Cash Machine: Strategic High Income Investing investors will learn how to:

1. Sell low-paying dividend stocks
2. Shop for truly high-yield payouts
3. Diversify income assets
4. Actively manage assets
5. Become a student of sector rotation
